Choir Field Trips
The BHS Choirs perform locally every year. Every other year, the choirs perform nationally.
Local events include holiday performances like light-up nights, The Annual Cookie Extravaganza, The PNC Park National Anthem, and assisted living centers. Check the Choir Events Calendar on our main page to see events.
Every other year, students go on a music tour to Disney World, Orlando to perform on the Disney stage. The choir traveled in 2023 and plan to travel again in 2025 and 2027. Fundraising efforts, spearheaded by our Music Patrons, take place all year long. To begin raising funds for the next Disney trip, go to our membership page and click the Fundraising button. Details of the next Disney Trip will become available by the end of the school year prior to the trip year. We usually travel in January or February. We flew via Southwest Airlines in 2023. The total "all-expenses paid" cost of the trip was $1,800.
All field trips are tentatively proposed and require administration and school board approval. All dates and times are subject to change due to unforeseeable circumstances.
